**Primary Responsibilities**:

- Exceptional customer service and clear communication abilities. Capability to multitask and a positive approach to problem-solving. Proficiency in computer skills. Strong teamwork skills and the ability to work independently. Attention to detail. Flexibility and adaptability to the evolving priorities of the business. Enthusiasm for personal excellence and a positive work ethic. Experience in WooCommerce would be an advantage.
**Must have Requirements**:
- At least 5 years of recent customer/sales service experience. Proficient in computer usage, with good typing skills and familiarity with the Microsoft Office Suite. Eligibility to work in the UK. Similar background/Industry experience. Able to occasional travel will be necessary.
- Communication skills.
- Able to speak to customers over the phone or face to face in a professional manner.
- Experience in dealing with escalations in a timely manner.
- Experience within a B2C business.
**Additional Information**:
- Salary range: AED 50,000-90,000 per annum, based on experience. 28 days holiday, including bank holidays. Regular business hours: Monday - Saturday, 8am - 5pm (As per UK time Zone) with some flexibility required, Smart, casual work attire.

Pay: AED50,000.00 - AED80,000.00 per year
