Overview:
Join our team as an experienced Executive Senior Secretary, providing essential administrative support to our Chairman. In this role, you will manage the Chairman's schedule, coordinate meetings, handle confidential information, and facilitate seamless communication.

**Responsibilities**:
Calendar Management: Efficiently manage the Chairman's schedule, appointments, and travel arrangements.

Communication Hub: Act as the primary point of contact between the Chairman and internal/external stakeholders.

Document Preparation: Prepare and edit correspondence, reports, and presentations for the Chairman.

Confidential Handling: Manage sensitive information with the utmost discretion.

Travel Coordination: Coordinate travel arrangements, accommodations, and itineraries for the Chairman.

Meeting Support: Attend meetings, take minutes, and disseminate relevant information to concerned parties.

Board Meeting Assistance: Assist in preparing and organizing materials for board meetings and presentations.

Research Support: Conduct research and compile data to support the Chairman's decision-making process.

Collaboration: Ensure effective communication and collaboration within the Chairman's office and across the organization.

Qualifications:
Proven Experience: Demonstrated experience as an Executive Secretary or similar role supporting top-level executives.

Organizational Skills: Exceptional organizational and time-management skills.

Communication Mastery: Strong written and verbal communication skills.

Tech Proficiency: Proficient in office software and communication tools.

Adaptability: Ability to multitask and work efficiently in a fast-paced environment.
