  • Under strict supervision, assists during rigging-up and rigging-down of surface and downhole well slickline equipment.
  • Assists in assembly and preparation of equipment for installation and service.
  • Assists in the running of a job and in the cleanup, repair, and preparation for the next job.
  • Learn to maintain, clean and perform preventative maintenance on down-hole and surface slickline equipment.
  • Learn to assemble downhole well slick line tools (running and pulling tools, tool strings, service equipment, and well head pressure contained equipment).
  • Assists in the performance of pre and post job vehicle and equipment inspections and associated paperwork and/or reports.
  • Rotation will be 90 days on and 30 days off.
  • Adhere to Company and Customer QHSE Requirements.
  • Participate in regular safety meetings.
  • Adhere to SGS OGC Upstream and Customer safety standards including but not limited to:
    • JHA compliance
    • Customer Safety Case requirements
    • Correct use of Company safety reporting systems
    • Regular review of Operating Procedures
    • Company & Customer emergency response requirements
    • Encourage & monitor all mandatory facility inspections and audits
    • Duty of care regulations
    • Report all accidents, injuries, incidents, near misses and non-compliances.
    • Continuous review of all activities including procedures, safe operating practices, JHA’s, risk assessments and hazard register.

Qualifications

  • Basic knowledge and understanding of broad scale Slickline Operations and maintenance practices
  • Basic understanding of quality assurance measures in relation to Slickline operations
  • Act with Integrity
  • Completed all pre-requisite trainings.
  • High School Diploma with at least 2 years of Field Specific Experience
  • Heavy Duty Vehicle License is mandatory
  • ADNOC Onshore Experience is preferred
  • ADNOC Onshore Approved is preferred
