WE ARE CURRENTLY LOOKING FOR OPERATIONS ASSISTANT
REAL ESTATE AND HOLIDAY HOMES experienced.
Job Responsibilities:
- Assisting team a team of property management staff, including property maintenance technicians, housekeeping staff, and guest services personnel.
- Oversee the entire Home Furnishing process, and ensure implementation as per high quality standards, and as per quotes agreed with clients, and prepare a breakdown report of actual expenses and property content inventory list.
- Coordinate and prioritize daily operational activities, ensuring that tasks are completed efficiently and within established timelines.
- Property maintenance activities, including repairs, inspections, and preventative maintenance, to ensure properties are well-maintained and meet company standards.
- Housekeeping operations, including quality control inspections, inventory management, and scheduling of cleaning staff.
- Provide support and guidance to the guest services team to ensure exceptional customer service and guest satisfaction.
- Monitor guest feedback and implement corrective actions when necessary to address any concerns or issues.
- Maintain accurate records and reports related to property operations, including maintenance activities, guest incidents, and inventory.
Job Requirements:
- A bachelors degree or Highschool equivalent
- Must possessed an experience with Holiday Homes / Real Estate operations
- Able to work under pressure
- Flexible timing or shift schedule.
- Fast Learner.
- Must have a UAE driving License.
- Can join immediately This is time sensitive manner we need someone to join us urgently.
**Experience**:
- REAL ESTATE OR HOLIDAY HOMES: 1 year (required)
License/Certification:
- UAE driving license (required)
