Roles and Responsibilities:
  • Engineering Department's Management and smooth Operation of all the facilities in the Hotel . 
  • Efficient management of the engineering department Budget.

Requirements:
  • Bachelor's Degree in Mechanical/ Civil Engineering, from a reputed university
  • Post graduate studies in similar subjects are highly recommended
  • 3-5 years of experience in the hospitality sector - age not more than 35 years
  • At least 2 years of experience in a management role, preferably within a reputed 4/5* resort 
  • Candidate must be committed to living in the northern emirates
  • Strong command over the Rooms and F&B operations 
  • Good understanding of market segments, facilities management, procurement functions, pricing strategies as well as sales & marketing methods
