Key Responsibilities

  1. Departmental Management
  • Supervise and manage the daily activities of the engineering department, ensuring that all tasks are completed efficiently and effectively.
Team Development
  • Ensure that all team members are properly trained and have the necessary tools and equipment to carry out their job duties.
  • Educate and train team members on current safety issues to ensure compliance with all local laws and safety regulations.
Project Management
  • Work with the design and construction team, engineers, and/or outside architects to oversee renovations and other projects.
  • Contact contractors for bids and meet with construction supervisors to ensure projects are completed on time and within budget.
Maintenance and Repair
  • Supervise the maintenance and repair of the interior and exterior of buildings, hotel rooms, and contents.
  • Ensure the execution and achievement of the hotel's preventive maintenance program.
Inventory Management
  • Establish and maintain procedures for the security and replenishment of the hotel's inventory and assets, such as tools, supplies, equipment, furniture, and televisions.

Requirements

  1. At least 1 year of experience in a similar position at a 5-star hotel and resort.
  2. Professional English language skills.
  3. Priority will be given to candidates who have graduated from a polytechnic university.
