Safety and Compliance

Project Management
  • Work with the design and construction team, engineers, and/or outside architects regarding renovations and other projects.
  • Contact contractors for bids and meet with construction supervisors.
Maintenance and Repair
  • Supervise the maintenance and repair of the interior and exterior of buildings, hotel rooms, and contents.
Inventory Management
  • Establish and maintain procedures for the security and replenishment of the hotel's inventory and assets.

Requirements

  1. At least 1 year of experience in a similar position at a 5-star hotel and resort.
  2. Professional English language skills.
  3. Priority given to those who have graduated from a polytechnic university.
