Job Description
The Key Account Executive is responsible for managing and developing relationships with key clients to drive revenue growth. This role requires exceptional sales and account management skills, as well as the ability to understand and meet clients' needs. The Key Account Executive will work closely with the sales team, coordinating efforts to ensure customer satisfaction, upsell and cross-sell opportunities, and long-term partnerships.
Responsibilities

• Maintain and grow relationships with key clients.

• Understand clients' business objectives and develop tailored solutions.

• Meet or exceed sales targets and revenue goals.

• Identify upsell and cross-sell opportunities within existing accounts.

• Collaborate with the sales team to develop account plans and strategies.

• Conduct regular business reviews to evaluate performance and identify areas for improvement.

• Coordinate with internal teams to ensure customer satisfaction and timely delivery of services.

• Stay updated with industry trends and changes in clients' businesses.

• Prepare and present sales proposals and presentations.

• Negotiate contract terms and finalize agreements.
Requirements

• Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, or a related field.

• Proven experience in sales and account management.

• Strong interpersonal and communication skills.

• Ability to build and maintain long-term client relationships.

• Goal-oriented mindset and ability to work in a target-driven environment.
