Company Secretarial Assistant

This is a fantastic opportunity to join a prestigious and well-established organisation as a Company Secretarial Assistant. Working closely with the Group Company Secretary, you will play a key role in supporting the governance and corporate administration of a diverse portfolio of subsidiaries, their boards and committees. This position offers an excellent platform to develop your company secretarial career within an international environment, gaining exposure to high-level board operations, corporate compliance, and regulatory processes. Key Roles and Responsibilities
- Board & Committee Support: Assist in scheduling board and committee meetings, coordinating with senior management, and preparing agendas.
- Regulatory & Compliance Administration: Maintain statutory records and assist with necessary corporate filings.
- Entity Management: Keep corporate information and directors' details up to date on the entity management system.
- Documentation & Records: Support the preparation and administration of board and shareholder written resolutions.
- Corporate Governance Processes: Assist in maintaining corporate governance templates, policies, and procedures.
Experience and Qualifications
- 3 years of experience in a company secretarial role.
- Student or graduate of the CGI.
Attitudes and Behaviours
- Possess excellent organisational skills and strong attention to detail.
- Demonstrate strong interpersonal skills with the ability to build relationships at all levels.
- Be highly reliable, proactive, and self-motivated.
