Responsibilities
1. Act as the point of contact between the CEO and all internal/external communications
2. Screen and direct phone calls and distribute correspondence
3. Handle requests and queries appropriately
4. Manage diary and schedule meetings and appointments
5. Make travel arrangements
6. Take dictation and minutes
7. Provide excellent communication skills – written and verbal (fluent in English / Arabic)
8. Be smart, assertive, and organized
9. Be proficient in Microsoft Office applications
10. Be willing to work extended hours
11. Work well under pressure

13. Keep records of clients
14. Assist agents regarding document issuance
15. Provide client support
16. Able to draft letters and correspondence and manage filing of documents
17. Perform data entry and documentation
18. Manage mail
19. Exhibit excellent organizational and leadership skills
20. Have familiarity with office management procedures and basic accounting principles
21. Coordinate office activities and operations to ensure efficiency and compliance with company policies
22. Manage phone calls and correspondence (e-mail, letters, packages, etc.)
23. Create and update records and databases with personnel, financial, and other data
24. Track stocks of office supplies and place orders when necessary
25. Submit timely reports and prepare presentations/proposals as assigned
Qualifications:
1. Bachelor's degree in business administration, office management, or a related field.
2. Proven experience in office management, administrative support, or personal assistance roles.
3. Must have a Driver's License
