We are seeking a highly experienced and skilled Paralegal to join our team and contribute to the success of our business.

The successful candidate will have a strong background in corporate secretarial tasks, governance matters, and legal research, and will be able to ensure timely and effective legal and corporate secretarial support to the business.

Job Responsibilities
  • Support the Legal Department in providing legal and corporate secretarial services to the business
  • Assist with corporate secretarial tasks, including maintaining company records, preparing board and shareholder resolutions, and supporting regulatory filings
  • Conduct legal research on corporate, commercial, and compliance matters as required
Requirements
  • LLB Law Degree
  • 5+ years as Paralegal and/or Company Secretary role at a global group
  • Familiarity with corporate governance requirements and commercial contract management
