Role: Customer Services Support Officer

Location: Dubai

Role Purpose: Deliver excellent customer service in accordance with agreed standards.

Key Accountabilities of the role:

  1. Opening and closing applicant on time.
  2. Ensure proper implementation and follow-up in a timely manner.
  3. Prepare finance applications and obtain necessary approvals.
  4. Perform efficient troubleshooting of issues.
  5. Ensure TAT is adhered to and, where possible, exceed customer expectations.
  6. Co-ordinate and liaise with other departments in a professional manner.
  7. Participate in regular review and development meetings with key stakeholders.
  8. Prepare and provide monthly reports.
  9. Keep a record and details of actions taken.
  10. Support customer service agents.
  11. Provide technical help to colleagues if required.
  12. Ensure compliance with bank policies.
  13. Perform other tasks specified by management.
  14. Ensure customer queries are resolved within the agreed TAT.
  15. Achieve positive customer feedback.
  16. Deliver professionalism when dealing with other departments.

Specialist Skills / Technical Knowledge Required for this role:

  1. Display flexibility in dealing with other team members.
  2. Good data processing skills.
  3. Good problem-solving skills.
  4. Excellent communication skills.
  5. Excellent decision-making skills.

Previous experience required (if any):

  1. Previous banking experience in a similar role.
  2. Knowledge of regulated financial services and banking industries.
  3. Detailed understanding of asset products.
  4. In-depth understanding of internal processes, procedures, and internal systems.
