Role Overview

This role requires an experienced Business Development Manager to manage a portfolio of key accounts in the telecom industry, ensuring customer satisfaction and driving revenue growth. The successful candidate will work closely with customers to understand their needs, identify opportunities for upselling and cross-selling, and develop strong relationships with key stakeholders while leading the Business Development team's growth efforts in the GCC regions.

Key Responsibilities
  • Manage a portfolio of key accounts as the primary point of contact for customers, building and maintaining strong relationships with key stakeholders.
  • Develop a deep understanding of customers' needs, business objectives, and pain points, and proactively identify opportunities for upselling and cross-selling.
  • Work closely with the sales team to ensure timely and accurate delivery of proposals, contracts, and other documents, providing exceptional customer service and support.
  • Monitor customer satisfaction, track account performance, and develop strategies to improve customer retention and loyalty, collaborating with internal teams to ensure seamless delivery of products and services.
Requirements
  • Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, or related field.
  • 5+ years of experience in account management or sales in the GCC markets.
  • Proven track record of achieving revenue targets, managing customer relationships, and driving customer satisfaction.
  • Excellent communication, interpersonal, and presentation skills, with strong problem-solving and analytical skills.
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team, with proficiency in Microsoft Office and CRM software.
