Business Development Officer

Responsibilities include:

  1. Presenting services of the Company and structuring solutions to potential clients and business introducers.
  2. Generating sales of the Company's and affiliated offices' corporate products and services, including:
    1. DIFC Companies and Licenses
    2. Mainland Companies, Free Zone Companies, and Offshore Companies in UAE
    3. Golden visa & other permits in UAE
    4. Bank account opening in UAE
    5. Accounting & tax filing & compliance services in UAE
    6. Corporate structuring in Mauritius, Singapore, Delaware
    7. Wealth management products from Mauritius
  3. Researching different products and services and preparing memos and pricing lists.
  4. Onboarding duties including reviewing due diligence documentation of clients prior to submission to Compliance Department and ensuring adherence to Company policies, procedures, and legal requirements.
  5. Preparing PowerPoint presentations, developing quotes and proposals, and pitching products and/or services.
  6. Researching to identify new leads and potential new markets.
  7. Contacting potential clients via email, phone, or physically to establish rapport and set up meetings.
  8. Planning and overseeing new marketing initiatives, including liaison with the marketing team.
  9. Attending conferences, meetings, and industry events.
  10. Negotiating and renegotiating with prospective clients by phone, email, and in person.
  11. Training personnel and helping team members develop their skills.
  12. Organizing webinars, business trips, and conferences.
  13. Conducting any other cognate duties as assigned by the Director - IB.

QUALIFICATIONS AND KEY COMPETENCIES:

  1. Holder of a relevant degree in Finance/Accounting/Economics/Management/Marketing or any other relevant professional qualification.
  2. 3-5 years of relevant working experience in a similar position (Corporate Services Provider / Management Consultancy).
  3. Understanding of the corporate services landscape, taxation, banking in UAE, market research techniques, statistical and data analysis methods.
  4. Knowledge of Microsoft Office Tools.
  5. Initiative and ability to multitask.
  6. Creative talents and the ability to solve tough problems.
  7. In-depth knowledge of the industry and its current events.
  8. The ability to handle pressure and meet deadlines.
  9. Excellent time management and organization skills.
