· Manage all CRMapplications with strong experience in martech and automation,ensuring systems optimization in line with strategic business needsfor CRM and Loyalty systems to provide an effective salesfunnel

· Ability to yse customerdata and strong understanding of customersegmentation.

· Monitor customerbehavior through current systemavailability

· Streamline customerdata under one customer view

·Consult Marketing with a strategic approach towards the marketingcalendar

· Evaluate customer growthacross different markets and customer groups where the business haspresence

· Plan and manage Omnichannel marketing campaigns based on datainsights

· Identify and implementinnovative solutions to engage with customers across multipletouchpoints

· Conduct marketresearch to follow trends andcompetition

· Participate andfacilitate in customer strategy discussions across Al Tayer Grouprelating to Al Tayer Insignia, including but not limited todiscussions with senior stakeholders, committees and quarterlyplanning sessions etc.

· Elish thegovernance of the CRM and Loyalty function within the CustomerExperience department

· Recommendchanges to CRM and Loyalty odology
