1. Possess a Bachelors degree inBusiness Administration from a reputableuniversity.
2. Demonstrate over 6years of relevant work experience in customer experience or arelated field.
3. Exhibit stronganalytical thinking skills and a track record of successfullyidentifying scrutinizing improving and streamlining complex workprocesses.
4. Proficient in usinga variety of software applications including analytical toolsshowcasing a high level of computerliteracy.
5. Display excellentcommunication skills both verbal and written with a keen ability tolisten attentively and effectively conveyinformation.
6. Build strongrapport and establish trusting relationships with customers andcolleagues demonstrating a resourceful and collaborative teamplayer mindset.
7. Adaptability isa key strength able to thrive in dynamic environments andeffectively prioritize and manage multiple concurrentprojects.
8. Show a resultsdrivenand proactive approach with exceptional planning and organizationalskills characterized by a meticulous attention todetail.
Requirements KeyResponsibilities
1. Support the senior leadershipin managing and governing the complete service change managementprocess.
2. Understand how and whythe services are delivered through different service deliverychannels and their impact on the servicequality.
3. Review and approve theservices and channels related to accessibility content design& functionality within service changerequests.
4. Coordinate thedelivery of the departmental level projects by defining projectmilestones and maintaining all the related documentation inalignment with the client Project ManagementPolicies.
5. Responsible formanaging committees related to the service improvement and changemanagement in alignment with the clientpolicies.
6. Analyze the servicesand channels related information and present reports to identifythe improvement opportunities on servicecatalogue.
7. Represent theCustomer Happiness Department in Dubai Government ExcellenceProgram (DGEP) in terms of Service Designee andReDesign.
8. Review update andmonitor policies and procedures related to the section and reportany noncompliance.
9. Lead andparticipate in the implementation of different initiatives onbehalf of the department related to service design in coordinationwith service and channelsowners.
10. Perform duties asassigned by the linemanager within the scope of section roles andresponsibilities.
