Services Coordinator

Contribute to all training programsand participate in the development of trainees and the improvementof the technical academic program in order to meet the performanceand evaluation targets. Assist in the integration of trainees inoperations, first as trainees, then as an employee. Help the teamin monitoring the progress of developees to avoid unnecessarydelays. Ensure appropriate communication between operations and theATA. Participate in the preparation and implementation of both ATAtrainees and ADNOC employees' OJT (On the Job Training)programs. Contribute to personnel matters in the field, ensuringstrict adherence to safety and administer necessary actions tosafeguard all personnel, environment and companyassets.
KEYACCOUNTABILITIES:
Job SpecificAccountabilities.
- Carry outcomputerized data processing and manipulation to provide Managementand OJT Instructors/ site personnel with informationrequired.
- Ensure accuracy of data provided byOJT Instructors/ site personnel and transform such data intovarious graphical/ tabulation presentations for further detailedanalysis.
- Construct and maintain proper digitalfiling systems for administrating document files related to theteam, including formal/official corporatedocuments.
- Create, modify, maintain andadminister documents for official meetings with well-formattedcharts, diagrams and tables.
- Coordinate with1/T to maintain and enhance 1/T system for effectiveutilization.
ATAOJT Coordination
- Follow up withrelevant ATA Department for rotational planning, flight bookings,transportation, CNIA (Critical National Infrastructure Authority)passes, medical validation, mandatory safety training, and HSEinductions.
- Liaise between ATA Instructors andSenior Coordinators to prepare rotational reports and objectivesfor trainees.
- Assist in organizing allend-of-rotation data being uploaded into ATA recording systems -EAR, PPR and Competency Matrixcompletion.
- Contribute to curriculumcontent.
OJTCoordination
- Coordinate theparticipation of ADNOC Group site personnel regards totrainees' final assessment.
- Coordinatethe participation of ADNOC Group site personnel regards totrainees' final 4 months' specificproject
- OJT follow-up with on-site TrainingDepartment & Line personnel.
- OJTcontent
- OJT centredevelopment.

- Contribute to theachievement of the approved Performance Objectives for theDepartment / Section in line with the Company Performanceframework.
Innovationand Continuous Improvement
- Design andimplement new tools and techniques to improve the quality andefficiency of operational processes.
- Identifyimprovements in internal processes in line with best industrystandards.
Health.Safety. Environment (HSE) and Sustainability
- Comply withrelevant HSE policies, procedures & controls, applicablelegislation and sustainability guidelines in line withinternational standards, best practices and ADNOC Code ofPractice.
Reports
- Provide input toprepare MIS (Management Information System) and progress reportsfor CompanyManagement.
COMMUNICATIONS& WORKINGRELATIONSHIPS:
Internal
- ATA Instructorsand Assessors to ensure follow-up and permanentevaluation.
External
- Liaise with SiteFocal Points & ADNOC Group training entities to elaborateOJT training procedures taking into account all sitespecificities.
QUALIFICATIONS,EXPERIENCE, KNOWLEDGE &SKILLS:
MinimumQualification
Bachelor'sDegree Operations and/or Engineering qualification with therelevant theoretical knowledge in the disciplines (Operations/Maintenance).
Minimum Experience& Knowledge &Skills
6 years of experience ina technical position (Operations and/orMaintenance).
ProfessionalCertifications
- Internationallyrecognized Assessor qualification.
- Valid H2Scertificate
- Valid 'fit to work'medical certificate
- Basic firefighting& first aidcertificate
- Internationallyrecognized Assessor qualification.
