Ourclient a major nationallevel bank based in the United ArabEmirates is looking for a highly motivated andexperienced Human Resources Onboarding Team Lead to join the HumanCapital Management team of the bank. This critical role in thehuman capital management team is a permanent one and will overseethe onboarding process for all new hires ensuring a seamless andpositive transition of all new hires into the bank.

Responsibilities:

  • Leadandmanagea team of onboarding specialists providing coaching mentoring andperformancefeedback;
  • Designdevelop andimplementcomprehensive and engaging onboarding programs tailored to variousroles within the bank including all departments/divisions of thebank and all seniority levels of new hires;
  • Collaboratewith other Human Capital Management colleagues IT ComplianceSecurity and other relevant departments to ensure a smooth andcompliant onboarding experience;
  • Overseeall aspects of the onboarding process including background checksKYC/AML compliance regulatory training paperwork completionorientation sessions systems access provisioning and initialrolespecific training;
  • Ensurecompliancewith all applicable banking regulations including KYC/AML dataprivacy and security protocols throughout the onboarding process;
  • Continuouslyevaluate andimprovethe onboarding program based on feedback from new hires hiringmanagers and stakeholders identifying areas for increasedefficiency and effectiveness;
  • Developandmaintainonboarding materials resources and documentation ensuring accuracyand compliance with current regulations policies and procedures inthe bank;
  • Trackandanalyzeonboarding metrics and KPIs of the onboarding team such astimetoproductivity new hire satisfaction and compliance adherenceto identify trends and areas for improvement;
  • Actas a point ofcontactfor new hires addressing their questions and concerns throughoutthe onboarding process;
  • Stayuptodateon industry best practices regulatory changes and trends inonboarding within the banking sector;
  • Managevendorrelationshipsrelated to background checks compliance training and otheronboardingrelatedservices.


Requirements

RequirementsandQualifications:

  • Bachelorsdegreeor a higherlevel degree in Human Resources Business Administrationor a related field;
  • Minimumof 7yearsof experience in Human Capital Management with atleast2 years in a team lead or supervisory role;
  • Experiencein the banking or financial services industry is anadditional advantage;
  • Understandingof banking regulations including KYC/AML data privacy and securitypractices is an additional advantage;
  • Provenexperiencein designing and implementing successful onboarding programsideally within a regulated environment;
  • Excellentleadershipcommunicationand interpersonalskillswith the ability to interact effectively with all levels of theorganization;
  • Abilityto manage multiple projectsandprioritize tasks effectively in a fastpaced environment;
  • Stronganalytical and problemsolvingskillswith a keen attention to detail;
  • Proficiencyin HRIS systems and onboarding software;
  • Abilityto work independently and as part of a team;
  • Certification(s)in Human Capital Managementisan additionaladvantage.
