About the RoleThis permanent position oversees the onboarding process for all new employees, collaborating with various departments to ensure compliance with banking regulations, data privacy, and security protocols. The successful candidate will have experience in designing and implementing successful onboarding programs within a regulated environment.
The ideal candidate will possess excellent leadership, communication, and interpersonal skills, with the ability to interact effectively with all levels of the organization. Strong analytical and problem-solving skills are also essential, along with proficiency in HRIS systems and onboarding software.
Key Responsibilities- Lead and manage a team of onboarding specialists, providing coaching, mentoring, and performance feedback.
- Design, develop, and implement comprehensive and engaging onboarding programs tailored to various roles within the hospital.
- Collaborate with other Human Capital Management colleagues, IT, Compliance, Security, and other relevant departments to ensure a smooth and compliant onboarding experience.
- Oversee all aspects of the onboarding process, including background checks, KYC/AML compliance, regulatory training, paperwork completion, orientation sessions, systems access provisioning, and initial role-specific training.
To be successful in this role, you will need:
- A Bachelor's degree or higher-level degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field.
- A minimum of 7 years of experience in Human Capital Management, with at least 2 years in a team lead or supervisory role.
- Experience in the healthcare or hospital industry is an advantage.
- Understanding of healthcare regulations, including data privacy and security practices.
- Proven experience in designing and implementing successful onboarding programs, ideally within a regulated environment.
- Excellent leadership, communication, and interpersonal skills, with the ability to interact effectively with all levels of the organization.
- Ability to manage multiple projects and prioritize tasks effectively in a fast-paced environment.
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with a keen attention to detail.
- Proficiency in HRIS systems and onboarding software.
