MAIN DUTIES ANDRESPONSIBILITIES:   

1.1.1   Register and process check in for allarrivals.
1.1.2    Handle guestcheck outs efficiently andprofessionally.
1.1.3    Updateguest information into the computer after a complete checkin.
1.1.4    Accountable forcashiering duties foreign exchange transactions night audits tasksand settlement upon Guestsdeparture.
1.1.5    Handleswalk in counter reservation at all times and process call inreservation when room reservations section isclosed.
1.1.6    Providefriendly sand courteous service to guest and respond promptly toall requests and inquiries at alltime.
1.1.7    Resolve guestscomplaints/ requests and liaise with the department concerned toensure immediately follow up.
1.1.8   Handle issuance of guest room key cards and ensureeffective control for guestsecurity.
1.1.9    Check andconvey message mail and package toGuests.
1.1.10    Assist at theInformation counter Foreign Exchange Night Audit and Businesscentre as and when assigned.
1.1.11   Have knowledge of the hotel rate codes packagesegmentation discounts and how to handleeach.
1.1.12    Handle safedeposit boxes in a accordance with policies andprocedurres.
1.1.13    Reportany unusual occurrences or requested tomanager.
1.1.14    Be aware ofthe hotel accident PreventionPolicies.
1.1.15    Ensure thecleanliness and neatness of front officearea.
1.1.16    Ensures thatall guests are greeted on arrival & departure of thehotel.
1.1.17    Review logbook verify outstanding and follow up pending. Identify if anyspecial assignment for thedaily
1.1.18    .Check Hotelsituation occupancy functions groupsVIPs
1.1.19    At the end ofthe shift or the day he has to communicate all information that thenext shift has to know for a well running of theoperations
1.1.20    Preparefor daily arrivals in terms of room allocations amenities andspecial requests of the guests.
1.1.21   Maintain continuous contact with hotel guest to ensurethat any problem or complain are handle efficiently andcourteously.
1.1.22    Reviewand update Logbook
1.1.23   Check equipments
1.1.24   Be Smart well groomed and maintain a friendly andcheerful disposition all thetimes
1.1.25    Oversee the dayto day operations
1.1.26   Report regularly on happening to Asst.FO/FOM
1.1.27    FireProcedure
1.1.28    First AidProcedures 
1.1.29   Handle guest complaints and report tomanager
 

Qualifications:

University Degree in HotelManagement minimum 1 year in a similar role starHotel

Required Languages: English Russian GermanArabic
