Tasks

Your roleinvolves aspects of Team Support Document Control Accounting ITSupport. Expertise in all these areas isNOT mandatory though a plus. You willreceive TRAINING and support. Howeverwillingness to perform these tasks and demonstrate aptitude is amust.

Set up computer desks and ensure systemsare functional.

Register the company on variousplatforms and submit required forms anddocuments.

***DocumentControl***

Arrangefiles on the computer and server.

Perform document control forcorrespondences with clients contractors agencies and thirdparties.

Maintain organized records and ensureeasy access to necessary documents.

Prepare andprocess forms for project registration and otherrequirements.

Translate technical contracts anddocuments.

Ensure all our official papers areupdated (example Trading license Ejari)

Contactclients and follow up with prospects.

Performnecessary followups on WhatsApp Telegram andemail.

Coordinate and maintain records of clientinteractions and updates.

Manage a CRMsystem.

Requirements

MustQualifications

  • Minimum2 years of experience in a similar role preferably in a contractorconsultancy or related industry.
  • Bachelorsdegree in any field
  • Strong multitasking andorganizational skills with an aptitude forflexibility.
  • Proficiency in MicrosoftOffice.
