Role Description

This is a full-time on-site role for an Executive Assistant Office Manager located in Dubai. The Group CFO & Deputy CEO Executive Assistant Office Manager will be responsible for managing office operations, providing administrative assistance, handling office equipment, and delivering exceptional customer service. Daily tasks include scheduling appointments, coordinating meetings, maintaining office supplies, and ensuring efficient office administration. The role also involves assisting executives with various tasks to ensure smooth business operations.

Qualifications

  • Strong communication and customer service skills
  • Proficiency in administrative assistance and office administration
  • Experience handling Finance/ HR matters
  • Ability to manage multiple tasks and prioritize effectively
  • Excellent organizational and time-management skills
  • Proven ability to work independently and collaboratively
  • Experience in a similar role is a plus
  • Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Finance, Law or equivalent
