RoleOverview:
TheRelationship Manager SME will play a key role inscaling up Yubi Loans focusing on acquiring and onboarding SMEborrowers in the UAE. You will be responsible for developing andexecuting business development strategies building strongrelationships with SME clients across multiple sectors and ensuringthey successfully adopt the Yubi Loans platform for their financingneeds.
This is an exciting opportunityfor a seasoned relationship manager with a background in SME andcorporate banking especially in business loans working capitalsolutions and other forms of financing to contribute to Yubi smission of transforming the debtmarket.
This role is open tocandidates from outside the UAE as well provided they have relevantB2B sales experience and can effectively acquireSME borrowing customers based on lendingcriteria.
KeyResponsibilities:
ClientAcquisition: Identify and acquire SME and corporateborrowers across various financing products including BusinessLoans POS Merchant Loans Loan Against Property Equipment LoansWorking Capital and Trade Finance. Pitch Yubi s value propositionand successfully onboard clients onto the Yubi Loansplatform.
BusinessDevelopment: Conduct proactive business developmentactivities including outreach prospecting and lead generation tobuild a robust pipeline of SME and corporateclients.
ClientEngagement: Develop and manage relationships with keydecisionmakers (CXOs CFOs Treasury teams) of target clients. Fosterongoing engagement throughout the sales process to ensuresuccessfulonboarding.
NeedsAssessment & Pitching: Understand clients debtrequirements and tailor Yubi s products and solutions to addresstheir specific financingneeds.
TransactionHandover: Ensure smooth handover of onboarded clients tothe internal transaction execution team for deal closure andpostonboardingsupport.
AccountManagement: Monitor the progress of onboarded clients andensure they remain active on the platform by tracking transactionstatuses and fulfilling financingrequirements.
FeedbackLoop: Collect feedback from clients to enhance theonboarding process continuously and share insights with the productand technology teams to improve the customerexperience.
RequiredSkills &Experience:
Experience:Minimum of 5 years and up to 12 years of experience in SME andcorporate client acquisition with a strong understanding ofenterprise financingproducts.
FinancialProducts Expertise: Indepth knowledge of SME andcommercial banking asset products including Unsecured BusinessLoans Merchant POS Loans AssetBacked Loans Loan Against PropertyCAPEX Loans Working Capital and TradeFinance.
Sales& Lead Generation: Proven track record ofgenerating leads and achieving B2B sales targets. Experience incold calling prospect meetings and creative strategies for leadgeneration.
RelationshipManagement: Ability to build and maintain relationshipswith highlevel decisionmakers (CXO/CFO/Executive Teams) and managemultiple relationshipssimultaneously.
CRMProficiency: Familiarity with CRM tools (e.g. Hubspot)for data tracking lead management andreporting.
MultilingualFluency: Additional language skills are a plus enablingcommunication across diverse SMEsectors.
SelfStarter& Entrepreneurial: A resultsdriven professionalwho is proactive adaptable and capable of scaling a businessrapidly.
TargetDriven:Strong track record of meeting sales goals and driving the salesprocess from lead generation to closingdeals.
CommunicationSkills: Excellent verbal and written communication skillswith the ability to present technical proposals and complexfinancial products in a clear clientfriendlymanner.
EducationalBackground: Bachelor s/Masters degree in BusinessAdministration Finance Accounting or relatedfields.
PreferredQualifications:
- Experiencein SME lending platforms or fintechsolutions.
- Familiarity with the UAEmarket and regulatory landscape for corporate and SMEfinancing.
