• Proficient in Microsoft Dynamics 365 (D365) or similar CRM platforms.

• Fluency in Arabic is preferred for effective customer engagement.

• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills to handle customer interactions.

• Creative, ambitious, and willing to learn, bringing fresh ideas to improve the customer journey.

• Proactive in streamlining operations and ensuring smooth task execution.
