  • Ensure satisfactory engineeringprocedures are developed, implemented and closed-out throughout theproject.
  • Have a full knowledge andunderstanding of the Contract conditions and cost and schedulerequirements.
  • Stimulates challenges andsupports Contractors and consultants to strive for easy/simplesolutions and to avoid unnecessary delays to theschedule.
  • To ensure the effective liaison andco-ordination by EPC Contractor between engineering, procurement,construction and commissioning activities during System CompletionPhase.
