Insurance Coordinator

- Liaising with insurance agentsand underwriters to negotiate favorable terms and ensure compliancewith regulations and companypolicies.
- Assisting with the creation andmaintenance of insurance policies, procedures, andcontracts.
- Conducting regular audits andreviews to ensure accuracy and completeness of insurancerecords.
- Handling customer inquiries andescalating issues to the appropriate channels forresolution.
- Collaborating with cross-functionalteams to streamline insurance processes and improveefficiency.
- Continuously monitoring and stayingup-to-date on insurance industry trends, regulations, and bestpractices.
Qualifications AndExperience
- Minimum of 2 years of experience in asimilar insurance support or coordinationrole.
- Strong understanding of insuranceprinciples and practices.
- Excellentcommunication, negotiation, and problem-solvingskills.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office andexperience working with insurance-related software, such asinsurance agency management systems.
- Ability towork independently and in a team environment, with a strongattention to detail and the ability to manage multiple taskssimultaneously.
