- Support continuous reporting and data quality initiatives.
The successful candidate will support seamless freight operations by administering insurance coverage, handling documentation, and managing operations related to GAC Sure Cargo Insurance.
Requirements- Cargo Insurance Administration:
- Prepare and issue draft and final certificates of cargo insurance.
- Administer cargo insurance certification in brokers' web portals.
- Manage accord forms and claims.
- Assist in documentation tasks.
- Handle invoice data entry and maintain payment records.
- Proficiency in MS Office, including advanced Excel, Word, Outlook, and Internet usage.
- Effective communication skills at all levels; good command of spoken and written English.
