This role involves identifying new business opportunities, building and maintaining client relationships, and contributing to the overall growth of the company.Key Responsibilities:Business Development: Identify and pursue new business opportunities through market research, networking, and cold calling.Client Relationship Management: Develop and maintain strong relationships with clients to ensure customer satisfaction and repeat business.Sales Strategy: Create and implement effective sales strategies to meet or exceed sales targets and company objectives.Market Analysis: Monitor market trends, competitor activities, and customer needs to identify opportunities for growth and improvement.Proposal Preparation: Prepare and present compelling business proposals and presentations to prospective clients.Negotiation: Negotiate contracts and agreements with clients, ensuring favorable terms and conditions for the company.Reporting: Provide regular reports on sales activities, market trends, and business performance to senior management.Collaboration: Work closely with internal teams, including marketing, operations, and finance, to ensure seamless execution of projects and services.Brand Promotion: Represent the company at industry events, conferences, and networking functions to enhance brand visibility and reputation.Qualifications:Bachelor's degree or a related field.Proven experience in business development, sales, or a similar role, preferably in Dubai or the Middle East.Proficiency in Microsoft Office.Ability to work independently and as part of a team, with a proactive and results-oriented approach.Ability to build and maintain relationships with key clients and stakeholders.Preferred Skills:Understanding of local regulations and business practices in the UAE.Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.Female candidates with a freelance or spouse visa are preferred for this position.What We Offer:Competitive salary and commission structure.Opportunity to work in a fast-paced and dynamic environment.Job Type: Full-timeExperience:Business Development Executive: 3 years (Preferred)Business Development: 1 year (Preferred)#J-18808-Ljbffr
