AdditionalResponsibilities:

  • Manage a busy diary, includingbooking meetings, lunches, breakfasts, appointments, anddinners.
  • Organize and manage domestic andforeign travel, including flights, cars, pickups, transfers, andvisas.
  • Manage all aspects of household staff,including cleaners, and organize family time efficiently, includingholidays, events, appointments, transport, and schooladministration.
  • Transcribe emails, letters, andcorrespondence in English and remind the CEO of important tasks anddeadlines.
  • Type, compile, and prepare reports,presentations, and correspondence, managingdatabases.
  • Manage personal cares andhospitality, including dealing with bill payments, making dinnerreservations, grocery shopping, and handling pickups anddeliveries.
  • Collate and file all expenses,organize receipts, reconcile transactions and accounts, enter andfile all expense reports, and track personalfinance.
  • Conduct research and analystreporting, support research on different business topics online,create research briefs and presentations, track news on followedtopics, and provide news briefs on specifictopics.
  • Perform miscellaneous tasks to supportthe CEO's matters, whether for business and/or personalpurposes.

Qualifications:

  • Fluent in English with excellentverbal and written communication skills.
  • Provenexperience as an executive assistant or similar role, preferably ina fast-paced startup environment.
  • Proficient inusing digital tools, productivity software, and AI-driven solutionsto optimize workflow and productivity.
  • Strongorganizational skills with the ability to multitask, prioritizetasks, and meet deadlines in a dynamicsetting.
  • Exceptional attention to detail andaccuracy, coupled with strong problem-solvingabilities.
  • Ability to maintain professionalism,discretion, and confidentiality when handling sensitiveinformation.
  • Excellent interpersonal skillswith the ability to build positive relationships and collaborateeffectively with diversestakeholders.
  • Demonstrated adaptability andresourcefulness in managing changing priorities and evolvingresponsibilities.
  • Bachelor's degreeor equivalent experience in business administration, management, ora related field.
