The ideal candidate will possess strong leadership skills, a deep understanding of the local market dynamics, and a proven track record of success in managing operations and achieving revenue targets.Business Development:Develop and implement comprehensive business strategies to achieve sales targets and market expansion goals.Identify new business opportunities, partnerships, and distribution channels to maximize revenue generation.Establish and maintain strong relationships with key stakeholders including mobile network operators, retailers, distributors, and government agencies.Market Analysis and Planning:Conduct thorough market research and analysis to identify market trends, consumer preferences, and competitive landscape.Utilize market insights to develop sales forecasts, pricing strategies, and product positioning plans.Drive the development of annual and quarterly business plans in collaboration with cross-functional teams.Team Leadership:Lead, motivate, and develop a high-performing team of sales, marketing, and operational professionals.Set clear performance targets, provide regular coaching and feedback, and foster a culture of continuous improvement.Ensure effective communication and collaboration across departments to drive organizational alignment and synergy.Brand Management:Develop and execute marketing campaigns and promotional activities to build brand awareness and drive customer acquisition.Maintain brand integrity and consistency across all marketing collateral, advertising channels, and customer touchpoints.Monitor brand performance metrics and customer feedback to identify areas for improvement and optimization.Financial Management:Prepare and manage annual budgets, sales forecasts, and financial reports to monitor performance against targets.Implement cost optimization measures and ensure efficient allocation of resources to maximize profitability.Monitor and analyze financial KPIs to identify trends, risks, and opportunities for business growth.Regulatory Compliance:Stay updated on regulatory requirements, industry standards, and compliance obligations related to the mobile industry.Ensure adherence to local laws, regulations, and licensing requirements in all business operations.Proactively address any legal or compliance issues to mitigate risks and maintain the company's reputation and integrity.Qualifications and Skills:Bachelor's degree in business administration, Marketing, or related field; MBA preferred.Proven track record of successful leadership and management experience in the mobile industry or related field.In-depth knowledge of mobile technologies, products, and services, with a strong understanding of market dynamics and trends.Excellent strategic planning, analytical, and problem-solving skills.Strong interpersonal and communication skills, with the ability to influence and negotiate effectively at all levels.Results-oriented mindset with a focus on driving business growth and achieving targets.Ability to thrive in a fast-paced, dynamic environment and adapt to changing priorities and market conditions.#J-18808-Ljbffr
