The Regional Business Development Manager will spearhead business growth strategies across Saudi Arabia, Qatar, Kuwait, Oman, Bahrain, Iraq, Lebanon, Yemen, and Jordan. This role entails identifying and engaging with distributors, negotiating contractual terms, setting clear sales and marketing objectives, and working closely with partners to ensure NCH brands are well-positioned across multiple channels.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Market Expansion & Distributor Management:
    • Identify and onboard distribution partners for each country, ensuring strong brand representation and effective market penetration.
    • Conduct market assessments to evaluate business potential and identify optimal distribution channels.
    • Set and drive business growth strategies to expand market share and optimize revenue streams in the assigned region.
  • Strategic Pricing & Market Analysis:
    • Develop pricing strategies tailored to each country, factoring in market dynamics and competitor benchmarks.
    • Monitor competitive landscapes and adjust business strategies in response to changing customer needs and market trends.
  • P&L Ownership & Financial Management:
    • Take ownership of the P&L, driving profitability by optimizing cost efficiencies and maximizing revenue streams.
    • Lead budget planning and forecasting, ensuring alignment with overall business objectives.

Required Skills and Qualifications:

  • Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Marketing, International Business, or a related field (MBA preferred).
  • Minimum 8 years of experience in business development, distributor management, or international sales within the healthcare sector.
  • Strong experience in contract negotiation, pricing strategies, and financial forecasting.
  • Deep understanding of regional market dynamics across the Middle East.
