We are looking for acustomerfocused and professional Call CenterAgent to join our team in Dubai. Theideal candidate will be responsible for handling inbound andoutbound calls providing excellent customer service and resolvinginquiriesefficiently.

KeyResponsibilities:
  • Answerincoming calls emails and chat inquiries in aprofessional manner.
  • Provideinformation about products and services tocustomers.
  • Handle customercomplaints and concerns ensuring promptresolution.
  • Make outboundcalls for followups surveys and promotions (ifrequired).
  • Maintain accuratecustomer records and calllogs.
  • Meetperformance targets for response time resolutionrate and customer satisfaction.
  • Workclosely with other departments to resolve customer issuesefficiently.
  • Follow companyscripts guidelines and UAE customer serviceregulations.
  • Keep uptodatewith company policies products andpromotions.
  • Conducttelemarketing and lead generation whenrequired.


RequirementsRequirements:
  • Highschool diploma or Bachelor s degree in BusinessCommunications or a relatedfield.
  • 13years of experience in a call center or customer servicerole (UAE experiencepreferred).
  • Excellentverbal and written communication skills inEnglish (Arabic or other languages are aplus).
  • Strongproblemsolving and active listeningskills.
  • Ability to handlehigh call volumes and work underpressure.
  • Experience usingCRM software call center systems and MSOffice.
  • Positive attitudewith strong customer service and salesskills.
  • Willingness towork in rotational shifts including weekends andholidays.
