TheRole

We are looking for adynamic and driven SME Growth & Partnerships ManagerNational) to support our SME direct business. This role is acrucial part of our sales and business development function helpingdrive lead generation develop partnerships and support theonboarding of new SME clients. In addition you will work closelywith our Business Development Consultants and Retentions Manager toensure a seamless customer experience and maintain strong clientrelationships.

KeyResponsibilities

LeadGeneration & Business Growth

Support theSME Direct Sales Team in identifying and generating leads throughstrategic partnerships networking and digitalplatforms.

Utilise online tools and marketinsights to proactively source potential clients and engage withdecisionmakers.

Work with key stakeholders toexplore new lead sources and partnership opportunities to drivebusiness growth.

Client Onboarding &Sales Support

Play a handson role in ensuring asmooth and efficient onboarding process for SME clients workingalongside our Business DevelopmentConsultants.

Act as a key point of contact duringthe initial setup phase ensuring clients receive the right guidanceand support.

Provide operational andadministrative support to maintain seamless handover from sales toaccountmanagement.

CrossfunctionalCollaboration

Work closely with the RetentionsManager to support client retention efforts especially during peakrenewal periods.

Assist in managing clientcommunications coordinating renewals and maintaining engagementwith existing SME clients.

Collaborate with theindividual business team to provide additional sales andoperational support whereneeded.

What Were LookingFor

UAE National with a keen interest in healthinsurance sales or business development.

13 yearsof experience in business development sales support or clientmanagement ideally within insurance financial services orhealthcare.

Strong relationshipbuilding skillswith the ability to engage with partners prospects and internalteams.

Comfortable using online tools CRMplatforms and digital channels to drive leadgeneration.

Proactive highly organised and ableto manage multiple prioritieseffectively.

Excellent communication skills inEnglish (Arabic is aplus).
