Our client is a dynamic and rapidly expanding retail group with a strong presence in Dubai.

With a large portfolio retail outlets and expansion plans in plan, they are seeking a highly skilled Retail Leasing Manager to lead the leasing function of existing retail stores and drive the expansion of new retail stores.


Role Responsibilities:
Identify and locate new retail locations, including upcoming mall developments and real estate projects.
Propose potential shops and units to senior management, aligning with the company's strategic objectives.
Ensure all Lease Agreements are up to date, well-documented, and active, maintaining updated status reports.
Present new projects to the Board and negotiate lease renewals with landlords.
Liaise with property legal counsel and advisors to ensure lease documentation compliance with laws and regulations.
Plan and implement market research on real estate and retail trends, including market prices for rent in Dubai.
Arrange necessary approvals and process paperwork for existing and new shops/units.

Candidate Requirements:
5-10 years of experience in managing leasing for retail stores, preferably in Dubai.

Excellent network and relationships with real estate and mall developers in the UAE.Demonstrated success in identifying new retail locations in Dubai/UAE.Knowledge of required documentation for leasing retail stores.
