Verifying, allocating, posting, and reconciling accounts payable and receivable

  • Producing errorfree accounting reports and presenting their results
  • Analyzing financial information and summarizing financial status
  • Issuing invoices, credit notes, and purchase orders
  • Follow up with customers for pending payments, the reconciliation of customer accounts, and generating customer invoices.
  • Manage payroll and salary payments through online banking
  • Using digital systems to keep records and create payments
  • Logging daily entries in accordance with accounting policy
  • To manage all accounting tasks through the company's zoho books account
  • Spot errors and suggest ways to improve efficiency and spending
  • VAT return computation and filing for UAE and KSA
  • Preparing monthly and annual accounts
  • Projecting cost calculations
  • Costing for projects
  • Assist with admin work such as, issuing NOC's and salary certificates
  • Keeping track of employee attendance and annual leave
  • Assist with obtaining supplier quotations when needed

Qualificaiton:

Bachelor's degree in accounting, finance, business administration

Experience:

Minimum One year of Exprience in similar role in UAE

Salary:
AED3, AED4,000.00 per month
