  • Lead the release of program versions and Series Release activities planning
  • Document baselines and necessary information about SW and tools used for its generation
  • Plan and monitor project-specific ECU resources consumption
  • Create and validate program versions, providing baselines for further developments in the NE division
  • Document ECUSW, freeze, and archive developed SW products
  • Measure, document, and monitor ECU resources consumption
  • Deliver software work products to internal customers (function development, calibration, and plant)
  • Create SW containers for the plant and deliver to calibration
  • Test and validate program versions, including result documentation
  • Provide delivery documentation to internal/external customers
  • Support ECU project manager in evaluating system functionality
  • Analyze and evaluate risks for the SW Sub-Project
  • Coordinate team setup and manage SW Sub-Project team members
  • Coordinate SW team support for SW startup in vehicles, expeditions, and error analysis
  • Track new requirements for automatic and manual integration tests
  • Prepare quotations based on RFQ or internal specification for the SW Sub-Project
  • Archive the SW sub-project upon completion
  • Participate in Problem Resolution Management processes
Qualifications

Required: ECE, EEE, or TCE

Additional Information
  • Strong proficiency in C/C++ programming
  • Experience in Requirements Elicitation, Concept, Design Development, and Testing
  • Knowledge of automotive systems (ECU, Sensors, Software) and technical mindset
  • Experience with AUTOSAR development environment and working across platforms like MEDC17, MDG1
  • Understanding of software system design principles (Layered Software Architectures, AUTOSAR, OSEK OS, Communication stacks)
  • Awareness of Hardware & Software Interface, Software Development Models
  • Proficiency in testing tools like Labcar, debugger, simulator, and debugging skills
  • Understanding of ASPICE and basic knowledge of FMEA, DRBFM
  • Experience with Change and version management tools (Rational ClearQuest, SVN, DOORS)
  • Excellent Communication and Interpersonal skills
  • Experience with OEM Interaction & German language skills are advantageous
  • Proficiency in Agile working models
  • Overall industry experience: 6-9 years
