We are seeking a highly motivated and experienced Associate - Broker Management to join our team. The successful candidate will be responsible for promoting ALDAR's properties to Abu Dhabi brokers, coordinating training sessions, and building strong relationships with external brokers.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Promote ALDAR's Properties: Develop and execute strategies to promote ALDAR's properties to Abu Dhabi brokers, highlighting unique selling points and project-specific details.
  • Coordinate Training Sessions: Assist in conducting training sessions for external brokers on ALDAR projects, focusing on building strong relationships and gaining buy-in.
  • Broker Relationship Management: Explore potential brokers, connect, and sign agreements to ensure a continuous working relationship between ALDAR and external brokers.
  • Broker Database Management: Grow and expand the local brokers database in Abu Dhabi, maintaining a healthy relationship with existing brokers.
  • Broker Inquiries Management: Continuously manage brokers and agents' inquiries, raising red flags to the line manager as needed.
  • Marketing and Sales Alignment: Coordinate with the sales team to ensure alignment on marketing and sales campaigns, products, rates, challenges, and lessons learned.
  • International Sales Market Awareness: Assist in conducting awareness and training sessions for the sales staff on international sales markets, challenges, and opportunities.
  • Market Penetration: Identify potential international markets for penetration and report to the Vice President - Broker Management and Sales Support.
  • Broker Sales Events: Assist in managing the process of launching brokers' sales events, roadshows, and exhibitions in Abu Dhabi.
  • Market Assessment: Assess the challenges and penetration barriers for each potential market, recommending solutions and promotions to the line manager.
  • Reporting: Provide periodic reporting on the brokerage function's main metrics.

Qualifications and Experience:

Qualifications:

  • Min. 4+ Years of Related Experience: A minimum of 4+ years of related experience in a similar role is required.
