Key Responsibilities:

  • Manage and maintain CRM systems to ensure customer data is accurate and uptodate.
  • Maintain financial records and prepare regular reports.
  • Provide administrative support to the team, including scheduling meetings, managing correspondence, and handling inquiries.

  • Dealing with customers for inquires, orders and requests.
  • Coordination and communication with the team members.
  • Ensure compliance with company policies and procedure

Requirements:

  • Minimum of 2 years of experience in office administration and Social media admin in UAE.
  • High fluency in English, with excellent written and verbal communication skills.
  • Bachelor's degree or equivalent experience in sales, marketing, or a related field.
  • High proficiency in MS Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook).
  • Knowledge of Social contents creation and Social Medias handling
  • Strong organizational and multitasking abilities.
  • Attention to detail and problemsolving skills.
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team.

Pay:
