Key Responsibilities

Technical:

  1. Assist management of FM Services at UAE Hub locations.
  2. Assist in the management of FM standards and delivery through Supplier KPI's/SLA's.
  3. Coordinate client and supplier performance reviews monthly.
  4. Conduct sub-contractor performance reviews with a full understanding of contract scope.
  5. Manage financial performance of site service delivery, including work orders and supplier invoices.
  6. Ensure adherence to business controls and company processes.
  7. Initiate value-add initiatives at one or more sites.
  8. Maintain essential site systems and equipment within KPI's and SLA's.
  9. Implement cost-effective maintenance programs for UAE buildings, plant, systems, and equipment.
  10. Manage projects within portfolio, ensuring on-time and within budget delivery.
  11. Oversee BCP (emergency evacuations) management and staff awareness.
  12. Manage suppliers supporting the site/s.
  13. Issue FM Agreements to Suppliers and negotiate supplier costs and savings.
  14. Lead emergency procedures for the UAE site/s.
  15. Manage accident reporting at site/s.
  16. Handle other facilities AD-HOC tasks as required.

Financial:

  1. Develop and manage pass-through opportunities for savings.
  2. Ensure Health & Safety and Environmental requirements at site/s are met.
  3. Improve financial standards of the contract in line with monthly key performance indicators.
  4. Raise, bill and close Extra Works jobs promptly at correct gross margin.
  5. Generate purchase orders in line with company requirements.
  6. Assist Contract Manager in managing WIP and debt.
  7. Control supplier financial costs and controls for the site/s.
  8. Ensure timely delivery of all monthly financial reports.
  9. Be commercially aware and have sound knowledge of cost controls and financial planning.

People Skills:

  • Develop site team/s through effective induction, training, development, and annual appraisals.
  • Demonstrate strong supervisory skills and influencing ability.
  • Effectively communicate with staff, customers, and suppliers at all levels.
  • Work as a team player with a customer service focus.
  • Convey messages and ideas clearly and openly.
  • Involve people and influence decisions.

Customer Service:

  • Maintain regular contact with FM for growth plans and training.
  • Be at the forefront of customer relationships in the site/s.
  • Demonstrate strong customer service skills to meet customer expectations.
