  • Manages inventory tracking system to record deliveries, shipments, and stock levels.
  • Analyses daily product and supply levels to anticipate inventory problems and shortages.
  • Reports on inventory levels, supply chain progress, procedural efficiency, and personnel issues to upper management.
  • Manage all accounting transactions
  • Prepare budget forecasts
  • Reconcile accounts payable and receivable
  • Reconciling the company's bank statements and bookkeeping ledger
  • Completing analysis of the employee expenditures
  • Managing income and expenditure accounts
  • Managing the payroll activities

Requirements and skills

  • 2 Years work experience as an Inventory Executive preferably in retail setup.
  • Knowledge of Basic accounting process
  • Prior working experience in ERP
  • Strong working experience in Excel & MS Office
  • Good analytical skills and attention to detail
  • Bacherlors in Accounting or relevant field
