**Job Summary:** We are seeking an experienced Senior Inventory Control Executive to join our purchasing department. The successful candidate will be responsible for overseeing and supervising employees, preparing plans for the purchase of equipment and supplies, and managing inventories.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Inventory Management: Manage and maintain accurate records of inventory levels, including purchase and pricing records.
  • Procurement Planning: Prepare plans for the purchase of equipment, services, and supplies, and ensure that all procurement activities are in line with company policies and procedures.
  • Supplier Management: Maintain and update supplier information, including qualifications, delivery times, and product ranges.
  • Logistics Coordination: Coordinate the logistics of purchase orders, stock transfers, deliveries, tagging, and processing.
  • Supply Chain Analysis: Analyze and review supply chain data to identify and resolve issues.
