Key Responsibilities
  1. Develop and implement effective inventory management strategies to maximize product availability within budgeted targets.
  2. Collaborate with cross-functional teams to forecast future inventory needs based on historical data, recurring buys, and current stock levels.
  3. Work closely with Product Managers to provide seasonal recommendations on assortment plans, ensuring alignment with business objectives.
  4. Ensure seamless phase-ins, phase-outs, and liquidation lines across our collections.
  5. Place orders with suppliers and manage stock levels within defined parameters, ensuring timely deliveries and just-in-time inventory management.
  6. Generate regular sales, stock, and open-to-buy reports to inform business decisions.
  7. Optimize stock flow from source to partners/distributors, ensuring alignment with sales targets and budget.
  8. Identify and mitigate overstock inventory, highlighting slow-selling products to Sales Managers for liquidation.
  9. Work closely with product and sales teams to ensure clean exits of discontinued lines.
  10. Provide actionable analysis of product trends and recommendations to support effective inventory management.
  11. Collaborate with key accounts to ensure customer requirements are met, driving brand loyalty and business growth.
  12. Work closely with CSD and procurement teams to ensure supply meets demand at all times.
  13. Organize and distribute product information to relevant departments.
Requirements
  • Experience: 2-3 years of experience in stock planning, preferably with multiple categories.
  • Skills: Strong analytical and communication skills, with expertise in MS Office, particularly advanced Excel skills.
  • Motivation: Self-motivated individual with excellent organization skills and time management.
  • Numerical Comprehension: High level of numerical comprehension.
  • Pressure Handling: Ability to work under pressure and meet deadlines.
  • Industry Experience: Experience in the luxury industry is a plus.
