Commercial Product Development Lead Role:

  • Drive the launch of new Corporate/Commercial products and monitor & optimize the existing products
  • Develop a go-to-market strategy
  • Commercialize propositions by collaborating with internal and external stakeholders
  • Produce Management Information/Performance dashboard on corporate card portfolio
  • Ensure all revenues/costs are accounted for regularly with scheme operators
  • Expand Corporate Card proposition globally
  • Ensure end-to-end ownership of propositions for a seamless client journey
  • Conduct Market Research and Analysis to understand business needs and product landscape
  • Present reports on commercial product performance
  • Align product features with risk and fraud framework
  • Offer support on Credit Risk policies optimization
  • Provide internal trainings on new products
  • Leverage Mastercard assets and resources for support
Knowledge & Experience:

10 to 12 years of Corporate/Commercial product experience

Strong understanding of commercial banking products

UAE experience preferred

Proven project management skills

Strong team player, results-driven with high levels of energy and initiative

People management skills

Excellent written and verbal communication in English
