Responsibilities:

  • Conduct outbound calls to potential customers from provided lists or databases.
  • Introduce our products/services to prospects and explain their benefits.
  • Follow scripts and guidelines to effectively communicate key selling points.
  • Identify customer needs, answer questions, and handle objections.
  • Qualify leads by gathering relevant information and assessing their interest level.
  • Schedule appointments or product demonstrations for the sales team.
  • Maintain accurate records of all calls made and outcomes achieved.
  • Collaborate with the sales team to ensure smooth handover of qualified leads.
  • Meet or exceed daily/weekly/monthly targets for call volume, lead generation, and conversion rates.

  • Excellent verbal communication skills with a clear and confident phone manner.
  • Strong persuasive skills with the ability to build rapport quickly.
  • Ability to handle objections professionally and turn them into opportunities.
  • Results-driven mindset with a track record of meeting or exceeding targets.
  • Strong organizational skills with attention to detail in maintaining call records.
  • Ability to work independently while also being a team player.
  • Proficiency in using CRM software or telemarketing systems is advantageous.
