We are looking for an Employee experience manager for one of our MNC clients based in the UAE.

Experience & Industry:
Min 8 years of relevant Experience in FMCG/Retail/F&B Industry.

Role & Responsibilities:

  • The Employee experience manager will be responsible for Building strategies to improve the employee experience and work culture and understand the needs of your employees.
  • The incumbent will be focusing on the employee life-cycle from attracting the right talent to retaining them.
  • Will be responsible for fostering a good relationship between the Employee and Employer.
  • The manager will be responsible for empowering the employees, they must have the opportunity to develop themselves, learn, and acquire new skills to succeed personally and professionally.
  • Will also need to Create a culture where employees are appreciated to have that sense of belonging in the workplace.
  • As an EEM, A robust feedback system needs to be maintained so the employees have a clear picture on where they stand and will be able to identify their areas of strengths and areas of improvement.
  • Always work towards enhancing the employees' overall performance and experience while continuously improving the organization's bottom line.

Education:

  • Bachelor's in Human resource management. Master's degree will be an added advantage.
  • Related certifications (Added Experience).

Experience:

***8-10 Years of experience in a similar role from the FMCG/Retail/F&B industry.
