Job Summary:

We are seeking a highly skilled HR Generalist to join our team at Precision Hire Solution. As an HR Generalist, you will play a critical role in supporting the growth and development of our organization by providing expert HR services and ensuring a positive employee experience.

Key Responsibilities:

  1. Manpower Planning and Management: Coordinate and maintain accurate records of manpower planning, ensuring that our organization's staffing needs are met.
  2. Recruitment and Sourcing: Develop and implement effective recruitment strategies to attract top talent, utilizing various channels and databases to source candidates.
  3. Candidate Screening and Selection: Conduct thorough screenings of candidate resumes and applications, and conduct interviews using reliable tools and methods to assess their skills and fit for the role.
  4. Onboarding and Payroll Management: Ensure that new hires complete all necessary paperwork and are processed through the personnel cycle, and maintain accurate records of payroll effects.
  5. Employee Engagement and Support: Provide expert guidance on HR policies, procedures, and laws to employees, and maintain and revise the company handbook as needed.
  6. Performance Management and Development: Oversee performance appraisals and provide coaching and development opportunities to employees.

Requirements:

  1. Education: Bachelor's degree and Diploma in HR are required.
  2. Experience: At least 3 years of experience in the HR field in Dubai is mandatory.
  3. Skills: Excellent communication skills, fluency in English, and proficiency in Microsoft and the internet are essential.
  4. Additional Requirements: Having a car and a valid driving license, and being a resident of UAE are required.
