Key Responsibilities

  1. Strategic Partnership: Act as a trusted business partner to our executive team, providing coaching and support in identifying and managing people interventions to improve business performance.
  2. Employee Engagement: Deliver ongoing people operations projects and employee engagement activities to drive business results and enhance employee experience.
  3. Policy Development: Recommend, implement, and update policies and integrated processes to ensure relevant people operations services and consistent standards of employment.
  4. Employee Data Management: Manage and maintain employee data using our people systems to provide managers with accurate and timely information.
  5. Process Improvement: Continuously identify challenges and recommend opportunities for improvements in people operations service delivery, driving excellence in customer service.
  6. Collaboration: Partner closely with our People Operations Centers of Excellence to drive the implementation of key people processes and projects with our local team.
