Our client is in charge of shopping malls, retail, and leisure venues in the Middle East and North Africa, operating in 13 countries, with a strong focus on providing outstanding customer experiences across all interactions.
Position Overview:
We are looking for Customer Service Representatives specialized in communication support to play a crucial role in ensuring a smooth and satisfactory customer journey from start to finish. Ideal candidates will engage directly with potential customers, offering assistance and guidance throughout the entire purchase process, addressing inquiries, solving issues, and facilitating transactions promptly and professionally.
Key Responsibilities:
- Customer Interaction:
Initiate and maintain proactive communication with potential customers through chat platforms to address inquiries, provide product details, and offer support during purchases. - Product Expertise:
Acquire a deep understanding of the company's products/services to effectively respond to customer queries, provide precise information, and recommend appropriate solutions. - Sales Assistance:
Assist customers in their buying journey, aiding in product selection, order processing, payment handling, and addressing any related queries or challenges. - Issue Resolution:
Swiftly and effectively identify and resolve customer concerns, complaints, or technical problems, showcasing empathy, patience, and problem-solving skills to ensure customer contentment. - Customer Relations:
Establish rapport and trust with customers through personalized interactions, attentive listening, and a customer-centric approach to cultivate lasting relationships and loyalty.
Requirements:
- 2-5 years of customer support experience, preferably in a contact center.
- Immediate availability to start.
- Proficiency in Arabic is a must.
- Outstanding written and verbal communication skills.
- Excellent problem-solving abilities and a customer-oriented mindset.
- Comfortable with a 6-day work week and rotating shifts.
- Location: Dubai - DCC / MOE
- Contract Duration: 6 months (Extendable)
