InterContinental Dubai Marina is a Five Star luxury hotel in the heart of Dubai Marina with 328 rooms and residence suites, flexible event space and restaurants & bars. With over 30 languages and countries represented by the staff, the hotel weaves together an international five star presence.
In this position, you will be responsible for:
- Supervising and coordinating housekeeping staff activities.
- Inspecting rooms and areas to ensure they meet cleanliness standards.
- Managing inventory and ordering supplies.
- Implementing housekeeping policies and procedures.
- Resolving guest complaints promptly.
- Conducting staff meetings and communicating goals.
- Collaborating with other departments for seamless operations.
- Ensuring compliance with health and safety regulations.
The right candidate should have the following:
- Experience in housekeeping; supervisory experience is preferred.
- Strong leadership and organizational skills.
- Attention to detail and high cleanliness standards.
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment.
- Proficiency in housekeeping software and Microsoft Office.
