Job Summary

The Housekeeping Supervisor is responsible for overseeing the daily operations of the housekeeping department at Hilton Dubai. This includes supervising a team of Room Attendants, allocating rooms and deep cleaning tasks, managing guest requests, and ensuring that guest bedrooms meet high standards.

Key Responsibilities

  • Supervise and train Room Attendants to ensure they meet high standards of cleanliness and customer service.
  • Allocate rooms and deep cleaning tasks to team members, ensuring that all areas of the hotel are maintained to a high standard.
  • Manage guest requests, including VIP amenities and communicating with relevant team members to ensure seamless delivery.
  • Routine inspection of guest bedrooms to ensure they meet Hilton Dubai's high standards.
  • Achieve positive outcomes from guest queries in a timely and efficient manner.
  • Carry out lost property procedures and report maintenance issues to the Maintenance/Engineering Department.
  • Assist the Head Housekeeper with training requirements and ensure compliance with hotel security, fire regulations, and health and safety legislation.
  • Assist other departments wherever necessary and maintain good working relationships.

Requirements

  • Previous experience in a housekeeping supervisory role.
  • Excellent communication and leadership skills.
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and prioritize tasks effectively.
  • Knowledge of hotel operations and procedures.
  • Ability to maintain confidentiality and handle sensitive information.
